About The Position

The full-time Warehouse Loader assists with warehouse activities, including loading, repacking, inventory, and maintenance. The role involves loading bulk and route trucks and attending to outgoing and incoming shipments. Working from order sheets, the Warehouse Loader builds loads using a forklift and electronic pallet jack, ensures loading accuracy, complies with shipper and receiver documentation, follows warehouse instructions, and maintains a clean and safe work environment. Work may take place across several weather conditions. The position is labor-intensive and involves repeatedly lifting cases weighing 20–45 pounds during a long work period.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• Ability to repeatedly lift cases weighing 20–45 pounds during a long work period.
• Ability to work across several weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift operations experience.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks by selecting designated product packages and flavors from the warehouse and placing them in route-truck bays.
• Rotate product on trucks and in the warehouse according to expiration dates.
• Clean and repackage product according to RBDC standards.
• Dispose of damaged or Out of Code (OOC) product after approval from the Operations Manager.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness by disposing of trash nightly, sweeping floors daily, and using a floor scrubber periodically.
• Assist with warehouse activities including repacking, inventory, and maintenance.
• Build loads from order sheets using a forklift and electronic pallet jack while ensuring loading accuracy and complying with shipper and receiver documentation.
