About The Position

The full-time Warehouse Loader assists with warehouse activities, including loading, repacking, inventory, and maintenance. The role loads bulk and route trucks, handles outgoing and incoming shipments, and uses order sheets to build loads with a forklift and electronic pallet jack. The Warehouse Loader is responsible for loading accuracy, following shipper and receiver documentation and warehouse instructions, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Work may take place in varying weather conditions and involves repeatedly lifting a high volume of product cases weighing 20–45 pounds over a long work period.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• Ability to repeatedly lift product cases weighing 20–45 pounds during a long work period.
• English language ability.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift operation experience.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Additional language skills.

Responsibilities

• Load designated packages and product flavors from the warehouse into route truck bays.
• Rotate products on trucks and in the warehouse according to expiration dates.
• Clean and repackage product in accordance with RBDC standards.
• Dispose of damaged or Out of Code (OOC) product after approval by the Operations Manager.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness by disposing of trash nightly, sweeping floors daily, and using a floor scrubber periodically.
• Assist with warehouse activities including loading, repacking, inventory, and maintenance.
• Follow order sheets, warehouse instructions, and shipper/receiver documentation when building and loading trucks.
