About The Position

The full-time Warehouse Loader assists with warehouse activities, including loading, repacking, inventory, and maintenance. The role involves loading bulk and route trucks and helping unload incoming trucks, with careful attention to accuracy and shipper/receiver documentation. Loaders use order sheets to build loads with a forklift and electronic pallet jack, follow warehouse instructions, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Work may take place in varying weather conditions. The position requires repeatedly lifting a high volume of product cases weighing 20–45 pounds during long work periods.

Responsibilities include selecting designated product packages and flavors from the warehouse and loading them into route-truck bays; rotating product according to expiration dates; cleaning and repackaging product to company standards; disposing of damaged or out-of-code product after approval; and maintaining warehouse cleanliness through nightly trash disposal, daily sweeping, and periodic use of a floor scrubber.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a driver's license.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• Ability to repeatedly lift cases weighing 20–45 pounds during a long work period.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift operation experience is a plus.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment is a plus.
• Additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Help load outgoing trucks and unload incoming trucks while maintaining loading accuracy and complying with shipper/receiver documentation.
