About The Position
The full-time Warehouse Loader assists with warehouse activities, including loading, repacking, inventory, and maintenance. The role involves loading bulk and route trucks and handling incoming and outgoing shipments. Using order sheets, the Warehouse Loader builds loads with a forklift and electronic pallet jack, ensures loading accuracy, complies with shipper and receiver documentation, and follows warehouse instructions. The role requires working in varying weather conditions and repeatedly lifting a high volume of product cases weighing 20–45 pounds during long work periods. The position also involves selecting designated product packages and flavors for route-truck bays, rotating products according to expiration dates, cleaning and repackaging products to company standards, and disposing of damaged or out-of-code product after approval. Warehouse cleanliness and safety are maintained through nightly trash disposal, daily sweeping, and periodic use of a floor scrubber.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a driver's license.
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
- Ability to repeatedly lift product cases weighing 20–45 pounds during long work periods.
- Must maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Load designated product packages and flavors into route-truck bays.
- Ensure products are rotated on trucks and in the warehouse according to expiration dates.
- Clean and repackage products according to RBDC standards.
- Dispose of damaged or out-of-code product once approved by the Operations Manager.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness by disposing of trash nightly, sweeping floors daily, and using a floor scrubber periodically.
- Build truck loads from order sheets using a forklift and electronic pallet jack.
- Ensure loading accuracy and comply with shipper/receiver documentation and warehouse instructions.
- Assist with warehouse activities including loading, repacking, inventory, and maintenance.
