About The Position

The full-time Warehouse Loader assists with warehouse activities, including loading, repacking, inventory, and maintenance. The role involves loading bulk and route trucks and helping unload incoming trucks. Using order sheets, a forklift, and an electronic pallet jack, the Warehouse Loader builds loads, checks loading accuracy, follows shipper/receiver documentation and warehouse instructions, and maintains a clean and safe work environment. The position may involve working in different weather conditions and repeatedly lifting a high volume of product cases weighing 20–45 pounds over a long work period. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and may change to meet operational requirements. The position reports to the Operations Manager or Warehouse Manager. The anticipated base salary range is $47,500–$52,500; actual base pay may vary based on qualifications, skills, experience, and work location. Benefits are eligible. The job is permanent.

Requirements

Experience working in a warehouse environment.
Valid full driver's license.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
Ability to repeatedly lift product cases weighing 20–45 pounds during a long work period.
Ability to work across several weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

Forklift operation experience.

Responsibilities

Load designated product packages and flavors from the warehouse into route-truck bays.
Rotate product on trucks and in the warehouse according to expiration dates.
Clean and repackage products according to RBCD standards.
Dispose of damaged or Out of Code (OOC) product after approval from the Operations Manager.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness by disposing of trash nightly, sweeping floors daily, and using a floor scrubber periodically.
Build loads from order sheets using a forklift and electronic pallet jack.
Ensure loading accuracy and comply with shipper/receiver documentation and warehouse instructions.
Assist with loading outgoing trucks and unloading incoming trucks.
Help move trucks when required.
