About The Position

We are currently seeking a Night Warehouse Lead to join the Fond du Lac, WI team. This role involves managing warehouse staff, overseeing inventory transactions, leading cycle count activities, and ensuring inventory accuracy. The position is responsible for loading and unloading shipments, performing cycle counts according to SOP, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The Warehouse Lead will also communicate with the Supervisor on QA issues, inventory levels, and safety concerns, and must be able to operate a Forklift and Stretch Wrapper.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse/shipping and receiving experience
• Good leadership experience
• Previous supervisory experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Forklift, Material Handling, and Order Picking experience
• Basic Microsoft Excel Skills
• Inventory control and cycle counting experience
• Willingness to work overtime
• Good math skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ERP Inventory System preferred
