About The Position

Uline is hosting a warehouse hiring event on Saturday, November 14, from 8:30 AM to 11 AM, at 3002 128th Avenue, Kenosha, WI 53144. Registration is preferred, but walk-ins are welcome. The event is for Warehouse Associate positions on day, mid, and night shifts, and a Warehouse Management Trainee position on nights. Warehouse Associates work full-time schedules unloading supplier shipments and loading outbound trailers with Uline products. Available schedules are Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM–7 PM for day shift; Monday through Friday, 2 PM–10:30 PM for mid shift; and Sunday through Thursday, 9 PM–5:30 AM for overnight shift. Hourly pay ranges from $26 to $36 depending on shift. Overtime opportunities are available on all shifts. The Warehouse Management Trainee role is a night-shift position running Sunday through Thursday, 7 PM–3:30 AM, with pay from $32 to $36 per hour, including a $4 shift differential. Trainees complete an 18-month rotational program, learning warehouse operations management through hands-on work across inbound, outbound, and supporting departments. They develop skills to maintain accuracy, safety, and performance, and complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications. Requirements

Warehouse Associate: High school diploma or equivalent.
Warehouse Associate: Frequently move packages weighing up to 50–70 pounds.
Warehouse Associate: Be comfortable using warehouse equipment at heights of up to 30 feet.
Warehouse Management Trainee: Bachelor’s degree.
Warehouse Management Trainee: Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
Warehouse Management Trainee: Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask.
Warehouse Management Trainee: Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with strong attention to detail.
All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.

Responsibilities

Unload supplier shipments while ensuring accuracy and quality.
Load outbound trailers with Uline products for customers.
Learn warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program.
Participate in hands-on training across inbound, outbound, and supporting warehouse teams.
Develop warehouse management skills to uphold accuracy, safety, and performance.
Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications during warehouse rotations.
