About The Position
Uline is hiring Warehouse Associates at its new facility in Plainfield, Connecticut. The roles offer pay from $26 to $34 per hour, depending on shift, and a $5,000 new-hire bonus. Both day and night shifts are available, with consistent full-time hours and overtime opportunities. The work includes handling customer orders and incoming shipments, loading outbound trailers, replenishing inventory, and preparing workspaces. Associates may frequently move packages weighing 50–70 pounds and use warehouse equipment at heights up to 30 feet. The day shift runs Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM. The night shift runs Sunday through Thursday, 9 PM to 5:30 AM, and includes a $2-per-hour shift differential. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and proficiency in English to follow verbal and written instructions and safety policies. New hires must pass a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening. Uline provides hands-on training, company uniforms, and access to an on-site fitness center.

Responsibilities
- Pick customer order items and package them for same-day shipping (day shift).
- Load outbound trailers with Uline products for customers (day shift).
- Unload supplier shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Use forklifts or powered industrial trucks to replenish products stored on racking (night shift).
- Prepare and organize workspaces for the next day (night shift).
- Frequently move packages weighing up to 50–70 pounds.
- Operate warehouse equipment at heights up to 30 feet.
