About The Position
Uline is hosting a warehouse hiring event for Warehouse Associate and Warehouse Management Trainee positions at its Kenosha, Wisconsin facility. The Warehouse Associate role is available on day, mid, and overnight shifts and involves unloading supplier shipments and loading outbound trailers. The Warehouse Management Trainee role is a night-shift position with an 18-month rotational program focused on learning warehouse operations management through hands-on training across inbound, outbound, and supporting teams. All positions are on-site. The hiring event is scheduled for Saturday, November 14th, from 8:30 AM to 11 AM. Registration is preferred, but walk-ins are welcome.
Requirements
- Warehouse Associate: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Warehouse Associate: Frequently move packages weighing up to 50–70 lbs.
- Warehouse Associate: Be comfortable using warehouse equipment at heights up to 30 feet.
- Warehouse Management Trainee: Bachelor’s degree.
- Warehouse Management Trainee: Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
- Warehouse Management Trainee: Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player able to multitask.
- Warehouse Management Trainee: Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with strong attention to detail.
- All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Unload supplier shipments while ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Load outbound trailers with Uline products for customers.
- Give full effort every day.
- Complete an 18-month rotational program covering warehouse operations management.
- Participate in hands-on training across inbound, outbound, and supporting departments.
- Develop warehouse management skills to support accuracy, safety, and performance.
- Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications during warehouse rotations.
