About The Position

Uline is hiring Warehouse Associates for day and night shifts at its Etna, Ohio location. The role offers full-time hours, competitive hourly pay, overtime opportunities, hands-on training, and work in a professional warehouse environment. Associates work as part of a team to process customer orders, handle inbound and outbound shipments, and maintain organized workspaces. Day-shift hours are Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM, with pay from $26 to $32 per hour. Night-shift hours are Sunday through Thursday, 9 PM to 5:30 AM, with pay from $28 to $34 per hour, including a $2-per-hour shift differential. Applicants must be proficient in English to follow verbal and written instructions and safety policies. The position involves frequently moving packages weighing up to 50–70 pounds and working comfortably on warehouse equipment at heights up to 30 feet.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer order items and package them for same-day shipping.
• Load outbound trailers with Uline products for customers.
• Unload supplier shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Use forklifts or powered industrial trucks to replenish products stored on racking (night shift).
• Prepare and organize workspaces for the next day (night shift).
