About The Position

Uline is hiring full-time Warehouse Associates for day and night shifts. Associates help receive, store, pick, pack, and ship products in air-conditioned warehouse facilities. Day-shift hours are Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM; night-shift hours are Sunday through Thursday, 9 PM to 5:30 AM. Both shifts offer overtime opportunities. Pay is $26–$32 per hour for days and $28–$34 per hour for nights, including a $2-per-hour night-shift differential. Registration and a scheduled interview appointment are required for the hiring event; walk-ins are not accepted. Translation assistance is not offered, and candidates must be proficient in English to follow verbal and written instructions and safety policies. New hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English to follow verbal and written instructions and safety policies.
• Frequently move packages weighing up to 50–70 lbs.
• Comfort working on warehouse equipment at heights up to 30 feet.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders and package items for same-day shipping (day shift).
• Load outbound trailers with Uline products (day shift).
• Unload supplier shipments and ensure accuracy and quality (day and night shifts).
• Use forklifts or powered industrial trucks to replenish products stored on racking (night shift).
• Prepare and organize workspaces for the next day (night shift).
