About The Position

The Fulfillment Operator receives and ships products and/or manages inventory at HALO’s Silicon Valley, California Fulfillment Center. Under the supervision of the Team Lead and Manager, the operator handles warehouse receiving, inventory, shipping, returns, and fulfillment and kitting projects. This is a first-shift role with a Monday-through-Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Pacific Time.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to read and speak English to understand and follow safety requirements.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
Ability to push and pull up to 200 pounds with assistance from rolling carts.
Able to work overtime when required.
Ability to work well in a deadline-oriented, collaborative team environment.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of warehouse receiving experience preferred.
Forklift certification or license preferred.

Responsibilities

Load and unload trucks and put away stock.
Operate forklifts, stand-up electric pallet jacks, and manual pallet jacks.
Count inventory, track packages, post freight to purchase orders, and process returns.
Make bins and labels for new program merchandise.
Compare packing lists with company purchase orders to confirm deliveries match.
Prepare packages and process shipments using UPS, FedEx, and a third-party shipping system.
Answer questions regarding inventory, shipping, freight, and supplies.
Work on multiple fulfillment and kitting projects.
Maintain a neat and orderly appearance throughout the warehouse.
Check and respond to company emails.
