About The Position

McKesson’s Distribution Center is seeking dynamic and motivated warehouse associates for a fast-paced, professional work environment. The role involves moving efficiently during the shift to fulfill orders and ensure healthcare products are shipped quickly and accurately. Employees must be willing to learn to operate power industrial equipment; on-the-job training is provided for equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation. Available schedules are Monday through Friday, beginning at 10:00 AM or at 12:00 AM (overnight, with a $1.50 per hour premium), with each shift continuing until completion. The base pay is $18.30 per hour. Eligible material handlers may participate in a performance-based incentive plan, with top performers earning up to about $1.75 per hour in incentive pay. Schedules may change and will be discussed during the interview. During periods of high demand, employees may need to work beyond scheduled times; schedules are generally shared two weeks in advance.

Requirements

Entry-level experience.
Willingness to learn to operate power industrial equipment.
Ability to walk up to 10 miles during a shift; the number of steps varies by shift.
Ability to repeatedly lift 20 to 50 pounds without assistance during a shift; product weights vary.
