About The Position

McKesson is hiring dynamic and motivated warehouse associates for its Distribution Center. The role involves fulfilling orders efficiently and accurately so healthcare products are shipped quickly. Associates must be willing to learn to operate power industrial equipment; on-the-job training is provided for equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation. The position offers weekday shifts, including a daytime shift starting at 10:00 AM and an overnight shift starting at 12:00 AM, each continuing until the shift is complete. The overnight shift includes an additional $1.50 per hour. Pay is $18.30 per hour, with eligible material handlers able to earn performance-based incentive pay of up to approximately $1.75 per hour. Schedules are generally shared two weeks in advance, though shifts may change and are discussed during the interview. In periods of high demand, employees may need to work beyond their scheduled times.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience.
• Ability to walk up to 10 miles during a shift; distance varies by shift.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 20 to 50 pounds without assistance during a shift; weight varies by product.
• Willingness to learn to operate power industrial equipment.
