About The Position

AISIN World Corp. of America is hiring a Warehouse Equipment Operator in the Production department at its Franklin Logistics Center in Franklin, Indiana. First- and second-shift positions are available. The role involves operating sit-down and stand-up lifts and performing work onsite when necessary. The operator is expected to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple assignments while meeting efficiency targets and quality expectations, and contribute as an effective team member. The position requires a strong commitment to safety and compliance with applicable safety laws and company policies. Employees must maintain acceptable attendance and be willing and available to work weekends and holidays as needed to meet business needs.
