About The Position

McKesson’s Distribution Center is hiring warehouse associates to help fulfill orders and ship healthcare products quickly and accurately. The role involves moving efficiently throughout a shift and learning to operate power industrial equipment. Training is provided, including certification on equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation. The position pays $18.00 per hour, with eligible material handlers able to earn performance-based incentive pay of up to about $1.75 per hour. A $1.50 per hour night differential is listed for the 7 p.m. shift. Available schedules are Monday through Friday, either starting at 10 a.m. or 7 p.m., and continuing until the shift is complete. Shifts may change and will be discussed during the interview. During periods of high demand, employees may need to work beyond scheduled hours; schedules are generally shared two weeks in advance.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience.
• Must be willing to learn to operate power industrial equipment; training is provided.
• Ability to walk up to 10 miles during a shift; steps vary by shift.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 20 to 50 pounds without assistance during a shift; weight varies by product.
