Warehouse Equipment Operator - Full Time
About The Position
McKesson is hiring warehouse associates for its Distribution Center. The role focuses on efficient and accurate order fulfillment so healthcare products are shipped quickly. Associates must be willing to learn to operate power industrial equipment; training is provided, including certification on equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation. The listed schedule options are Monday through Friday, either starting at 10 a.m. or at 7 p.m. (the night shift includes an additional $1.50 per hour), with each shift continuing until the work is complete. The base rate is $18.00 per hour. Eligible material handlers may participate in an incentive plan, with top performers earning up to approximately $1.75 per hour in incentive pay. In periods of high demand, employees may need to work beyond scheduled hours. Schedules are generally shared two weeks in advance, and available shifts may change and be discussed during the interview.
Requirements
- Entry-level experience.
- Ability to walk up to 10 miles during a shift; the distance varies by shift.
- Ability to lift 20 to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout a shift without assistance; the weight varies by product.
- Willingness to learn to operate power industrial equipment.
