About The Position

PDHGroup is a values-driven provider and installer of Division 8, Division 10, Division 27, and Division 28 products for the construction industry. The Warehouse Driver is responsible for safe and compliant driving, following prearranged routes or navigating with maps and GPS, and keeping the vehicle clean, maintained, fueled, and ready for use. The role includes assisting with cargo loading and unloading, obtaining customer signatures when needed, and traveling to scheduled weekly destinations, including Austin.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• At least one year of driving experience to perform the job safely.
• Time-management and organizational skills to track deliveries and stay on schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with customers and team members.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, and customers.
• Ability to pass a background and drug screen.
• Safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe driving habits.
• Follow all state and national safety regulations and standards.
• Accurately follow routes, maps, and directions.
• Assist with loading and unloading cargo.
• Keep the exterior of the vehicle clean and presentable.
• Ensure the vehicle is fueled and ready for use.
• Perform basic truck maintenance and arrange vehicle repairs as needed.
• Clean windows, windshields, and mirrors as needed.
• Keep the vehicle interior clean and free of debris and clutter.
• Obtain client or customer signatures when needed.
• Travel to scheduled weekly destinations, including Austin.
