About The Position

Genz-Ryan Heating, Plumbing & Electrical is hiring a Warehouse Delivery Coordinator to support field technicians and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, upbeat, enjoys staying busy, helping the team, and getting things done. This role involves driving company vehicles, delivering parts and equipment, loading/unloading materials, maintaining organization, and utilizing various warehouse equipment and company software. The position requires a self-starter with a team-first mindset and comfort with change and variety.

Requirements

Comfortable lifting 75+ lbs.
Ability to work Monday-Friday from 9:30am-6pm and 10am-6:30pm.
Flexibility with end times as there are no set end times.
Hungry, Humble, and Smart.
Shows up 10 minutes early.
A self-starter who doesn’t need babysitting.
Cool with change and likes variety in your day.
Known for having a good sense of humor and team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Driving company vehicles (including box trucks) within a 60-mile radius.
Delivering parts & equipment to HVAC techs, plumbers, and electricians.
Loading/unloading materials and assisting on job sites when needed.
Keeping vehicles, warehouse, and inventory clean, organized, and in order.
Using forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and company software.
Representing Genz Ryan with a great attitude and solid customer service.
Monitoring emails, tracking other drivers, and staging equipment with limited direction after 3:30pm.
