About The Position

Behind every successful technician is a well-organized warehouse. As our Warehouse Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in keeping our branch running efficiently by ensuring the right materials are available at the right time. Your work directly impacts our technicians' ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience every day. The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of warehouse operations, inventory control, and receiving for the Orlando branch. This role oversees all incoming and outgoing materials, maintains inventory accuracy within ServiceTitan, and ensures the warehouse and technician vehicles remain properly stocked, organized, and ready for daily operations. Supporting our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical teams, this position serves as the operational link between the warehouse and the field. Success in this role requires someone who is highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. This is not an entry-level position. Previous warehouse or inventory management experience is required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, or logistics.
  • Forklift experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable using computers and inventory management software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift and move materials throughout the workday.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting the HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical trades.
  • Experience using ServiceTitan or similar inventory management software.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, verify, and accurately process all incoming materials, equipment, and deliveries.
  • Record inventory transactions within ServiceTitan.
  • Organize and stock warehouse inventory to maximize efficiency.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, transfers, and returns.
  • Ensure all inventory is stored safely and accurately.
  • Maintain ownership of branch inventory accuracy, both physically and within the inventory system.
  • Track all inventory movement in and out of the warehouse.
  • Allocate materials to technician jobs and work orders as needed.
  • Perform routine cycle counts and monthly physical inventories.
  • Research and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Monitor technician truck inventory and replenish stock as needed.
  • Ensure technicians have the parts and equipment necessary to serve customers efficiently.
  • Assist in improving warehouse organization and storage processes.
  • Follow and help improve inventory control procedures and standard operating processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Serve as the primary communication point between warehouse operations and field technicians.
  • Communicate inventory shortages, backorders, and supply updates.
  • Partner with branch leadership to support operational goals.
  • Assist with additional warehouse and branch responsibilities as needed.
