This specific role is for a Warehouse Coordinator located in Clare, MI, with a shift of Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 3:00 pm. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Six months of warehouse related experience preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Desire to grow within an organization.
High comfort level with computers and navigating a variety of systems.
Valid Driver’s License.
Forklift Certification or the willingness to obtain certification.
A curious mindset with an entrepreneurial "pioneering spirit," strong integrity, and a passion for continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

Receive, unpack, check-in, count, verify and organize all incoming freight for the branch in an accurate and timely manner.
Distribute inter-branch orders in an accurate and timely manner.
Package and ship core returns as needed, demonstrating responsibility and environmental consciousness.
Oversee, record, and investigate cycle count operations and variances and maintain an accurate record of inventory shipped and received to ensure efficient resource management.
Stock parts shelves in the correct fashion, ensuring parts are sorted in bins, well-marked, and neat.
Work with Parts Delivery Drivers to stage deliveries and deliver parts to customers as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and partnering business units.
Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.
Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business.
