General Summary: Based at our Fort Mill facility, the Warehouse Coordinator position is primarily responsible for all day to-day warehousing activities: including but not limited to picking, packing and labeling materials for shipment including working with shipping carrier's shipping software. Break down, check in and put away newly received products. Receive goods into computerized inventory system. Attention to detail, ability to accurately enter part numbers and codes into computerized database systems, ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, and reviewing shipment components for accuracy and damages are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing item lists and pulling the items from existing warehouse stock.
  • Packaging items pulled for shipment to insure safe, non-damaged delivery.
  • Using computerized shipping system, set up shipping orders, print labels and apply to shipments.
  • Receive goods delivered, checking for damaged or incorrect merchandise and then entering items into a computerized database.
  • Shelving incoming inventory.
  • Track client shipping information on a computerized database
  • Communicate professionally verbally and/or in writing at all times.
  • Physically conduct cycle counts of various parts in accordance with departmental inventory management requirements.
  • Work with the Warehouse team to maintain a safe, orderly and organized warehouse including stacking, sweeping and dusting when needed.
  • Operate pallets jacks, fork lifts & other warehouse machinery in a safe & controlled manner.
