About The Position

NextGen Security, LLC is seeking a self-motivated individual to join their fast-growing and dynamic team as a Warehouse Coordinator in Dallas, TX. This role primarily focuses on warehouse and inventory management for the Dallas office. The ideal candidate will be extremely professional and courteous, as they will be interacting with customers, vendors, and fellow employees. This position is highly valued for its contribution to service excellence. Specific duties include receiving equipment, staging receipts for jobs, organizing and maintaining a clean warehouse, coordinating outbound shipments and deliveries, managing equipment returns and repairs, and overseeing inventory distribution.

Requirements

Ability to safely operate a company vehicle.
Ability to lift 25 pounds or more.
Ability to climb ladders.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Understanding freight scheduling.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and verbal manner to customers, vendors, and to those within the company.
Must possess a positive attitude and be willing to interact with customers, co-workers, and other personnel at all times.
