About The Position

The Warehouse Coordinator will personally handle the daily activity associated with the safe receipt and inspection of raw materials, intermediates, customer returns, chemicals, drugs, parts, equipment, products, supplies, etc. This role coordinates all TMD receiving at LPF and transfers to TMD as needed. The position requires daily updates for all material movements in SAP, including incoming material receipts, shipments, and material transfers between storage locations. The coordinator will receive GMP materials per SOP, ensure proper labeling and storage, and prepare and ship finished product per SOP. Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse and ensuring all controlled access areas are locked are also key responsibilities. Additionally, the role involves transferring any items received on wooden pallets to plastic pallets, per site SOP.

Requirements

• 5+ Years Warehouse / Material Handling, shipping and receiving experience.
• Good written / verbal communication skills.
• GMP knowledge
• Fork lift operator certification
• Excellent leadership skills
• Computer Skills: Advanced SAP (MM module), M/S office, Excel, Inventory Management
• Must be able to work independently or in a team

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma preferred but not required
