About The Position

The Warehouse Coordinator receives, stores, and distributes materials, tools, equipment and products within the warehouse. This position is responsible for receiving and moving materials within the warehouse. Duties may vary dependent upon management.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Must be able to efficiently use a Windows-based computer.
Ability to prioritize and complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
Able to effectively handle multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communications skills.
Must be able to work alone, and with a team.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

1+ years’ warehouse experience preferred.
Knowledge of Telecommunication products and services is preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive incoming shipments and compare items with invoices and work orders.
Review shipping orders to determine where items need to be stored, distributed and/or shipped.
Assemble orders from stock and place orders on pallets/shelves, or relocate orders to a holding/shipping area.
Verify the inventory quantity and assist in inventory level maintenance.
Move equipment/materials to designated areas, including preparing parcels for mailing/shipping.
Sort and store equipment/materials on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
Record equipment/materials received and/or distributed within the designated tracking system. Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately, with the required information.
Inspect equipment/materials being shipped and received, reporting any defective or damaged items.
Maintain communication with managers and notify them of any problems/concerns with shipments.
Operate warehouse equipment in a safe manner.
Clean and maintain the warehouse to ensure that it is safe and accessible at all times.
Other duties as required.
