About The Position

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for receiving, recording, storing, and distributing a wide variety of warehouse goods. This role applies product and location knowledge to fulfill service requisitions efficiently while ensuring all warehouse activities follow established procedures. The position supports incoming and outgoing goods, inventory accuracy, on-site transport, documentation, equipment operation, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This role requires working closely with warehouse contractors, practical warehouse logistics knowledge, and commitment to safety and operational excellence in a continuous manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, storeroom, or inventory-related role.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping.
  • Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment and machinery (training or certification may be provided).
  • Working knowledge of standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) for document preparation and recordkeeping.
  • Ability to follow established procedures, safety rules, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage daily tasks and shifting priorities.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory records, documentation, and shipments.
  • Ability to work independently under routine supervision and collaborate with others as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required by warehouse operations, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Willingness and ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and work in a warehouse environment.
  • SAP experience

Responsibilities

  • Order package supplies and raw materials.
  • Deliver and supervise routine warehouse and storeroom tasks.
  • Ensure all goods are stored, labeled, and recorded in accordance with established procedures and systems.
  • Complete routine outbound shipping and dispatch activities.
  • Coordinate material transfers between sites.
  • Assist team members with outgoing goods tasks under supervision.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation of shipments.
  • Transport goods and supplies on-site, between sites, or to customers as required.
  • Follow established transport and handling procedures to ensure safe and on-time delivery.
  • Perform basic inventory control tasks, including quantity, quality, and availability checks.
  • Compare physical stock against system records and report discrepancies.
  • Support cycle counts and routine inventory audits.
  • Perform month end inventory reconciliation.
  • Prepare routine warehouse documentation using standard office software.
  • Perform basic formatting of letters, memoranda, shipping documents, and routine reports.
  • Organize daily work activities in response to changing priorities.
  • Manage assigned tasks to meet operational deadlines.
  • Follow mandatory warehouse procedures to meet quality, regulatory, and internal compliance standards.
  • Adhere to company policies, codes of conduct, and external regulatory requirements.
  • Support ISO and Responsible Care (RC) audits, ensuring 100% compliance.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and environmental instructions.
  • Use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Support a safe working environment for self and others.
  • Develop and maintain procedural and technical warehouse skills.
  • Participate in training, assessments, and development planning activities.
  • Engage in formal and informal coaching as required.
