The Warehouse Coordinator supports daily materials handling and movement, including receiving, loading, unloading, transporting, stacking, shipping, fulfilling production orders, and maintaining inventory. The role also supports Empirical’s research and development activities through hands-on assistance with machine development. Because machinery may be built, modified, scrapped, and redesigned as projects evolve, warehouse personnel are responsible for receiving, tracking, and issuing parts during the development process. The coordinator maintains warehouse supplies, equipment, and physical conditions; processes production, shipping, and receiving requests; and ensures related records and paperwork are completed. The position requires compliance with company safety and sanitation guidelines, including rules for chemical storage and equipment use. The role may require flexible hours, including weekends, a valid and insurable driver’s license, forklift certification, and potentially DOT certification.
