About The Position

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the daily paperwork and planning functions of the warehouse. This role manages communication between the warehouse and customers/will-calls, Inside Sales, and transportation.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
2 years minimum related warehouse/manufacturing experience or training.
Mathematical Reasoning: Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
Attendance: Able to consistently demonstrate reliable, punctual attendance
Speaking: Able to effectively communicate in group settings and one-on-one, with all departments and at all levels within the organization
Safety: Able to consistently prioritize safety by demonstrating a safe work practices by promoting a safe work environment.
Problem Solving: Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists
Teamwork: Ability to work with other team members to accomplish group goals

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to will call customers, truck drivers and internal departments. Including, but not limited to, communicating change order responses to Inside Sales, and coordinating receipt and dispatch of goods with carriers and suppliers for Inter-Branch truckloads and customer deliveries.
Manage order change requests via email, and make sure that the orders are processed properly.
Input data into SAP, review paperwork, and make any corrections necessary.
