About The Position

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for tracking warehouse inventory and ensuring products are shipped out properly. On a daily basis, this role involves reviewing orders to be filled, assigning staff to pull products, preparing orders for distribution, and verifying order accuracy and timeliness. The position also ensures that inventory records are current and that all employees adhere to safety guidelines and procedures within the warehouse.

Requirements

Steel toe or composite toe boots are required.
Must be able to regularly lift, carry, or move products weighing 50 pounds unassisted.
Typically bends, stoops, and/or crouches on a regular basis from various heights to stock or remove products.
Must be able to climb steps.

Nice To Haves

Sit down forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and assist with the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring materials, supplies and equipment are loaded in the proper order and secured according to safety standards.
Properly pull materials according to picking tickets by checking manufacture tags, warehouse tags and using logic and problem-solving skills when a problem should arise.
Verify all outbound orders for accuracy.
Organize outbound material in proper staging areas; this frequently includes restacking materials from larger pallets onto smaller pallets.
Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, staging areas, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping. supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Perform simple math conversions to understand units of measure.
Coordinate manpower in the warehouse to complete daily tasks or special projects.
