About The Position

Johnson Brothers Maverick is hiring a Warehouse Clerk for driver check-in. The role pays $23.00 per hour and works Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM, with some flexibility needed because the end time is estimated. The clerk checks out drivers returning from routes, verifies returns and customer credits, reconciles route payments, and prepares returns and driver paperwork for shipment or processing at the main branch in San Antonio. The position also handles customer payment deposits and remote scanning, assists with will-call and sample processing as needed, and requires comfort working in a warehouse environment.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience with check depository duties.
Comfort working in a warehouse environment.
Experience with a forklift and/or ride-on jack.
Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Check out drivers as they return from routes.
Verify that all returns are physically presented during driver check-out and that customer credits are accurate and complete.
Reconcile payments against drivers’ route details.
Prepare returns for shipment back to the main branch and prepare return pallets for shipment to the main warehouse.
Process real-time credits for salesperson returns to the warehouse, ensuring accuracy.
Prepare post-route driver paperwork for processing in San Antonio.
Create deposit batches and remotely scan customer payments.
Pouch physical check copies for shipment to the main warehouse in San Antonio.
Assist with will-call and sample processing as needed.
