About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler to support warehouse operations. The role contributes to smooth warehouse functioning by sorting and loading packages while maintaining quality and following safety protocols. The position is at 802 East Centre Park Blvd, Desoto, TX 75115, and pays $18.00 per hour. The shift has seven-day availability, with hours from 3:00 AM to 8:30 AM or until the end of sort; hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of all required sort work for the day and cleanup activities as directed by site management.

The work requires standing for extended periods and regularly lifting, pushing, pulling, and/or moving items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds. Warehouse temperatures vary by season, so employees must be able to work in both heat and cold. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers.
• Sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively as part of the operations team.
