About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler to support warehouse operations. Package Handlers contribute to the smooth functioning of the warehouse, with a focus on quality and adherence to safety protocols to help maintain a productive and secure work environment. The role is located at 551 Courier St., Henderson, NV 89011, and pays $15.50 per hour, with weekly pay. The early-morning shift is 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.; multiple schedules are available, and hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities as directed by site management.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to stay on your feet while working.
• Be able to work in heat and cold, as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Be able to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Follow safety practices, which the company identifies as its first core value.
• Work collaboratively with the team to complete the job.
• Complete required sort work and clean-up activities as directed by site management.
