About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler to support warehouse operations. The role contributes to smooth warehouse functioning by handling packages, maintaining quality, and following safety protocols. The position is based at 551 Courier St., Henderson, NV 89011, and pays $15.50 per hour with weekly pay. The listed shift is 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., with multiple schedules available; hours may vary based on business needs. Work concludes at the “End of Sort,” defined as completion of all required sort work for the day and cleanup activities as directed by site management.

The job requires standing for extended periods and working in warehouse temperatures that vary by season. Package handlers regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stay on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in heat and cold as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Follow safety practices and help maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to get the job done.
