Warehouse Package Handler - Early Morning
About The Position
OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers for its warehouse operations team at 9774 Calabash Ave., Fontana, CA 92335. Package Handlers contribute to the smooth functioning of the warehouse by handling packages, supporting quality and safety, and working with teammates in a fast-paced environment. The role pays $19.00 per hour, with weekly pay. The listed shift is 12:00 AM–4:00 AM, with multiple shifts available; hours may vary based on business needs. The end of sort is defined as completion of all required sorting work and cleanup activities, as directed by site management. The position requires standing throughout the work, working in seasonal heat and cold, and regularly lifting, pushing, pulling, and/or moving items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stay on your feet while working.
- Ability to work in heat and cold as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
- Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Follow safety protocols and prioritize safety while working.
- Unload trailers and sort packages by ZIP code.
- Load trucks for deliveries.
- Work collaboratively with the team to complete the job.
- Complete required sorting and cleanup activities as directed by site management.
