About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Associate / Package Handler for its Dimondale, Michigan location. This is a temporary seasonal role running from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. The position pays $17 per hour, with weekly pay and overtime pay in accordance with applicable law. Shifts are either 3:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. or until the sort is complete; schedules vary, typically four to five days per week for approximately 20–25 hours total. Hours may change based on business needs, and the end of sort includes completion of required sorting and cleanup as directed by site management.

The Package Handler safely unloads, sorts, moves, and loads packages, helping ensure they reach their next destination safely and on time. The role involves repetitive physical work, including handling packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently and participating in team lifts for packages up to 50 pounds. Employees stand or walk for extended periods and frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat. Warehouse temperatures may vary, and temperature control may be limited. Team members keep work areas organized and receive training; prior warehouse experience is not required.

Seasonal employees may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, based on eligibility and availability, but continued employment is not guaranteed. Seasonal bonus eligibility, amount, and payment requirements may vary by location and assignment, and additional terms may apply.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

Responsibilities
