About The Position

The Associate II, Warehouse Operations assists with inbound or outbound activities as requested by the Warehouse Supervisor, meeting quality, safety, productivity, and operational standards. In inbound operations, the role receives products; in outbound operations, it ships products. Warehouse Operations handles the receipt, storage, and shipment of products, including the efficient flow of products from vendor receipt to delivery to internal and external customers.

The schedule is Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, from 11:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., or until the work is complete for the day. Applicants may be eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus after 180 days of employment. The anticipated hourly range is $20.50 to $23.58, including shift differential pay.

Requirements

• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working regularly at heights of 20–30 feet.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of experience.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience.
• PIT experience.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks using a pallet jack or equivalent device to remove pallets.
• Use the Manhattan Warehouse Management System to check in products.
• Follow applicable regulations when storing refrigerated specialty products.
• Store products in warehouse locations using an order picker or other devices.
• Pick products from warehouse locations and load them into outbound trucks.
