Warehouse Associate (4 Days/Week, 2nd Shift)

About The Position

The Associate II, Warehouse Operations assists with inbound or outbound activities as requested by the Warehouse Supervisor while meeting quality, safety, productivity, and operational standards. The role receives products in the inbound section and ships products in the outbound section. Work is performed in a distribution environment and includes handling products through receipt, storage, picking, and shipment. The schedule is Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, from 11:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., or until work is complete for the day. A $1,500 new-hire sign-on bonus is offered after 180 days of employment. The anticipated hourly range is $20.50 to $23.58, including shift differential pay; the role is not bonus eligible.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience preferred.
High school diploma, GED, equivalent, or equivalent work experience preferred.
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working regularly at heights of 20–30 feet.

Nice To Haves

PIT experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Unload trucks using a pallet jack or equivalent device to move pallets out of trucks.
Use the Manhattan Warehouse Management System to check in products.
Follow applicable regulations for storing refrigerated specialty products.
Store products in warehouse locations using an order picker or other devices.
Pick products from warehouse locations and load them into outbound trucks.
Meet quality, safety, productivity, and operational standards while assisting with inbound or outbound activities.
