About The Position

The Assoc II, Warehouse Ops assists with inbound or outbound activities as requested by the Warehouse Supervisor, meeting quality, safety, productivity, and operational standards. Inbound work includes receiving products; outbound work includes shipping products. Warehouse Operations handles materials and product distribution, including warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, inventory management, and the flow of products from vendor receipt through shipment to internal and external customers.

The position works Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., or until the day's work is complete. Applicants may be eligible for a $1,500 new-hire sign-on bonus after 180 days of employment. The anticipated hourly range is $20.50 to $23.58, including shift differential.

Requirements

• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working regularly at heights of 20–30 feet.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of experience.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience.
• PIT experience.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks using a pallet jack or equivalent device to remove pallets.
• Use the Manhattan Warehouse Management System to check in products.
• Follow applicable regulations when storing refrigerated specialty products.
• Store products in warehouse locations using an order picker or other devices.
• Pick products from warehouse locations and load them into outbound trucks.
• Meet quality, safety, productivity, and operational standards.
