About The Position

The Warehouse Associate works in the Production department and reports to the Warehouse Supervisor. The role processes donations and incoming inventory according to Salvation Army standards, inspects products, directs items to the appropriate department, and maintains the donation trailer or pod area. This is a full-time position in Parker, Colorado, paying $15.87 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist intermittently or continuously.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to perform various repetitive-motion tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sort donations for processing in accordance with Salvation Army standards and policy.
• Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain the area in and around the donation trailer or pod at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Inspect products for defects and damage as part of quality assurance.
• Identify products correctly and direct them to the proper department for processing.
• Follow safety measures established by Salvation Army policy and government regulations.
