Warehouse Associate (4 Days/Week, 2nd shift)

About The Position

The Warehouse Associate assists with inbound or outbound warehouse activities, meeting quality, safety, productivity, and operational standards. Inbound duties include receiving products, while outbound duties include shipping products. The role supports the efficient handling and movement of products through the warehouse, from receipt and storage to shipment. The schedule is Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. or until work is complete for the day. A $1,500 new-hire sign-on bonus is offered after 180 days of employment. The anticipated hourly pay range is $20.50 to $23.58, including shift differential; the position is not bonus eligible.

Requirements

Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working regularly at heights of 20–30 feet.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of experience.
High school diploma, GED, equivalent, or equivalent work experience.
PIT experience.

Responsibilities

Unload trucks using a pallet jack or equivalent device to remove pallets.
Use the Manhattan Warehouse Management System to check in products.
Follow applicable regulations for storing refrigerated specialty products.
Store products in warehouse locations using an order picker or other devices.
Pick products from warehouse locations and load them into outbound trucks.
Meet quality, safety, productivity, and operational standards while assisting with inbound or outbound activities.
