About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Associate / Package Handler for its Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania location. This temporary seasonal role supports the holiday rush by safely unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages. The position pays $17.50 per hour and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable law. Shifts are 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM or until the end of sort, with variable days and approximately four to five days per week, totaling 20–25 hours. Hours may vary according to business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of all required sorting work and cleanup as directed by site management. The season runs from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. Continued employment is not guaranteed, though seasonal team members may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment based on eligibility and availability. No prior warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Must meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Ability, with or without reasonable accommodation, to repeatedly lift packages as described in the posting.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, push, pull, squat, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures, including hot or cold environments where temperature control may be limited.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout the shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep the workspace organized and ready for work.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
• Complete required sort work and cleanup activities as directed by site management.
