About The Position

Duluth Trading Company is hiring seasonal Warehouse Associates for its fulfillment center in Adairsville, Georgia. The position is expected to end around January 1, 2027, though the final employment end date will depend on business needs. Full-time and part-time hours are available across weekday and weekend day and night shifts. The role is onsite and supports fulfillment, returns processing, inventory accuracy, and customer service. Associates may also assist in other operations areas and perform additional duties as assigned by a Lead or Supervisor.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; equivalent work experience will be considered.
Ability to inspect, clean, and repackage returned products.
Attention to detail and ability to follow specific procedures for returned items.
Ability to process returns using a computerized business system and scanning equipment.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills.
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Pick orders using a Warehouse Management System device or tablet with a scanner.
Place picked products in the appropriate tote on a cart, with product barcodes facing up.
Place completed picks in a tote and put the tote on the automated conveyor.
Assign totes to pack tables using a Warehouse Management System device.
Document and disposition returned products according to guidelines.
Verify and process returned products, match labels, inspect items, and determine whether they should be returned to a vendor, sold in an outlet store, or sent to primary locations.
Log errors found from retail stores and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
Maintain documentation on returned products and performance objectives.
Assist in distributing sellable units to primary locations.
Complete outlet processes and verify that products are dispositioned appropriately.
Maintain a clean work station.
Assist in other operations areas to meet customer expectations and company service levels.
Perform other duties as assigned by a Lead or Supervisor.
