About The Position

Esbenshade's Garden Centers is hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Fulfillment Associate in Denver, Pennsylvania. This is a hands-on seasonal warehouse role with consistent full-time hours, overtime opportunities, and the possibility of permanent employment based on performance and business needs. Entry-level applicants are welcome, and hands-on training is provided. The associate supports customer order fulfillment by processing orders, preparing pick batches and shipping documents, verifying and securely packing orders, and selecting cost-effective shipping methods. The role also involves keeping packing and shipping areas clean and stocked, following warehouse safety procedures, and working with the team to meet daily shipping goals. The work requires lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended shifts of 8–12 hours in a warehouse subject to seasonal temperature changes.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Dependability, punctuality, and ability to follow the required schedule, including during busy shipping periods and overtime.
Ability to work at a steady pace while accurately checking orders, quantities, labels, and packaging.
Ability to keep work areas organized and adapt to changing priorities, shipping volumes, and daily schedules.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended shifts of 8–12 hours.
Ability to work in a warehouse with seasonal temperature changes.
Ability to work well with coworkers and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities
