About The Position

Support ADVOC8's brand merchandise and warehouse division, &drop, by fulfilling projects of varying sizes for clients. Fulfillment associates work proactively and with attention to detail, helping the team develop efficient processes and deliver for clients. Shifts are scheduled for 8.5 hours, from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean background check.
• Motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, and stock inventory.
• Pick and pack orders using warehouse management software.
• Assist with fulfilling large batches of orders on the production line.
• Facilitate carrier pickups.
• Assist in resolving customer service tickets.
• Help with general maintenance of the fulfillment center.
• Arrive on time for every shift.
• Track productivity in the management system.
• Communicate clearly and work well with others.
