About The Position

Esbenshade's Garden Centers is hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Fulfillment Associate in Denver, PA. This hands-on warehouse position supports customer order fulfillment, packing, and shipping. The role offers consistent full-time seasonal hours, overtime opportunities, Sundays off, hands-on training, and the possibility of permanent employment based on performance and business needs. Part-time scheduling opportunities are also offered.

The associate processes customer orders, prepares pick batches, pick sheets, and shipping labels, verifies orders for accuracy, packs items securely, selects efficient shipping methods, maintains clean and organized work areas, restocks packing supplies, and follows safety procedures while working with a team to meet daily shipping goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended shifts of 8–12 hours.
• Ability to work in a warehouse with seasonal temperature changes.
• Dependability, punctuality, and ability to follow the required schedule, including during busy shipping periods and overtime.
• Accuracy and efficiency when checking orders, quantities, labels, and packaging.
• Ability to stay organized and adapt to changing priorities, shipping volumes, and daily schedules.
• Ability to work well with coworkers and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and create pick batches to keep fulfillment moving efficiently.
• Prepare pick sheets and shipping labels for packing and shipment.
• Verify completed orders by checking products, quantities, and labels for accuracy before shipping.
• Pack customer orders securely using proper techniques to prevent damage and minimize shipping costs.
• Select efficient, cost-effective shipping methods.
• Maintain clean and organized packing and shipping areas.
• Restock packing stations with necessary supplies.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and work with the team to meet daily shipping goals.
