About The Position

OnTrac is hiring seasonal warehouse associates, referred to in the posting as Seasonal Package Handlers, to help move packages during the holiday season. This is an active, hands-on role working with a team to keep packages moving safely and on time. No prior warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

The position is based at 802 East Centre Park Blvd, Desoto, TX 75115. Pay is $18.00 per hour, with weekly pay and eligibility for overtime pay in accordance with applicable law. A seasonal bonus is advertised, but eligibility, amount, and payment requirements may vary by location and assignment. Premium pay is offered for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Available shifts are Sunday–Wednesday or Thursday–Saturday, with shift times of 10:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM, or 9:00 PM–2:00 AM. End times may vary according to package volume and business needs. The seasonal assignment runs from October 27, 2026, to January 1, 2027. Team members may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, subject to eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described in the posting.
• Be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Be able to frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Be able to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Be able to work in hot or cold environments where warehouse temperature control may be limited.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area organized and ready for work.
• Work as part of a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
