Warehouse Associate - Multiple shifts available
About The Position
OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers to support warehouse operations at 3872 Logistics Way, Bldg. 3 Ste 301, Antioch, TN 37013. Package Handlers contribute to the smooth functioning of the warehouse, with a focus on quality, safety protocols, and maintaining a productive and secure work environment. The base pay is $20.00 per hour. Available shifts are 1:00 AM–5:30 AM or until the end of sort, with Sunday–Thursday, Tuesday–Saturday, and Friday–Monday schedule options. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities as directed by site management.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stay on your feet while working.
- Ability to work in warehouse temperatures that vary by season, including heat and cold.
- Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Unload trailers.
- Sort packages by zip codes.
- Load trucks for deliveries.
- Follow safety practices and contribute to a safe work environment.
- Work cooperatively as part of the team.
