About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers to support warehouse operations at its Memphis, Tennessee location. The role contributes to smooth warehouse functioning, with an emphasis on quality, safety protocols, and maintaining a productive and secure work environment. Associates unload trailers, sort packages by ZIP code, and load trucks for delivery while working collaboratively with the team.

The position offers two schedule options: Monday through Thursday or Friday through Sunday. Shift times are 3:30 AM to 8:00 AM or until the end of sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of all required sort work for the day and cleanup activities as directed by site management. Pay is $16.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stay on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in warehouse heat and cold as temperatures vary by season.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
