About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers to join its warehouse operations team in Houston, Texas. Package Handlers help keep warehouse operations running smoothly, focusing on quality and following safety protocols to maintain a productive and secure work environment. The role involves unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading delivery trucks. Teamwork and safety are emphasized.

The listed pay is $17.50 per hour, with two shift options: 5:00 a.m.–9:00 a.m. or 3:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. Either shift may continue until the end of sort, defined as completion of the required sort work and cleanup activities as directed by site management. The schedule is 25–30 hours per week, with five schedule options: Monday–Thursday, Wednesday–Sunday, Friday–Tuesday, Sunday–Wednesday, or Thursday–Saturday. Hours may vary based on business needs.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be able to remain on your feet while working.
• Be able to work in warehouse heat and cold as temperatures vary by season.
• Be able to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices and protocols.
• Unload trailers.
• Sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
