About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers to support warehouse operations at its Lebanon, Tennessee location. Package Handlers help keep the warehouse running smoothly, with a focus on quality, safety, and productivity. The base pay is $19.50 per hour. Friday–Sunday shifts receive an additional $1.00 per hour incentive. Three shift options are listed: 1:30 p.m.–12:00 a.m., 12:30 p.m.–12:00 a.m., and 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Shift days are either Monday–Thursday or Friday–Sunday. Shifts may continue until the end of sort, meaning completion of the day's required sorting work and cleanup as directed by site management. Hours may vary based on business needs.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to stay on your feet while working.
• Be able to work in heat and cold, as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Be able to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers.
• Sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment.
• Work cooperatively with the team to complete the job.
